Once again there are so many amazing events to look forward to this weekend! Here’s a whole list of fun:
Weekend of September 11- September 13
- Hopefully the rain holds off and you can enjoy dinner or drinks on a patio in Columbus. Check out a list of some of the best patios in Columbus by clicking HERE.
- Marion Popcorn Festival runs September 10-12. It’s the largest popcorn festival in the world!!! Click HERE to check out the schedule of events. Lots of FREE entertainment.
- Easton Gateway Celebration (Sept 11-13) Different events going on all weekend. Cassadee Pope (winner of Season 3 The Voice) will be performing on Friday night.
- David Rogers’ Big Bigs exhibit is at the Franklin Park Conservatory through September 27th.
- Columbus Clippers Home Games (Evenings of September 11-13)
- Ohio Craft Brew Festival at North Market (September 11 & 12)
- MetroParks activities. Check out a list of events HERE.
- Dispatch Home & Garden Show and Holiday Fest (September 11-13 at Ohio Expo Center & Fair Bricker Building)
- Kids Day (Saturday, September 12th from 2 pm – 4pm) Meet Captain America and Iron Man

Friday, September 11
- Marion Popcorn Festival
- Football Friday Night- cheer on your local High School team at a game.
- Shakespeare in the Park (Fri-Sun 7 pm FREE (donations appreciated) at Columbus Commons Bicentennial Stage)
Saturday, September 12
- PBJ & Jazz Summer Concert Series at the Topiary Park ( September 12) – Free concerts following the story time- 11:30-noon is story time, noon-1pm is the concert and 1-2 is the art activities
- Marion Popcorn Festival
- Ohio State Football Game vs. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (3:30 pm)
- Ohio Renaissance Festival (Saturdays and Sundays Sept 5-Oct 25)
- Made Local Marketplace (9am-4pm) Over 90 local vendors with arts, crafts, food, music and more.
- Touch a Truck at Jungle Jack’s Landing- Columbus Zoo (10 am- 5pm)
- Shakespeare in the Park (Fri-Sun 7 pm FREE (donations appreciated) at Columbus Commons Bicentennial Stage)
- Old Hilliardfest (10am – 7pm) Food vendors, artists with items for sale, information booths, live music
- Clintonville Arts & Music Festival (10 am – 6 pm)
Sunday September 13
- Shakespeare in the Park (Fri-Sun 7 pm FREE (donations appreciated) at Columbus Commons Bicentennial Stage)
- All Horse Parade (3:00 pm at Delaware County Fairgrounds) Horses, ponies, wagons, cowgirls, marching bands parade down the 3 mile route.
- Delaware County Fair opens September 19-26. Check out the schedule of events HERE.
- Cops & Kids Day (10:30 am -2:30 pm at Hoff Woods Park in Westerville) “Dunk-a-cop” tank, FREE admission and refreshments, police vehicles on display, child safety information will be given out.
- Powell Street Market (9am – 4pm) Vendors and artists line Hall Street showcasing crafts, homemade items and antiques. Free admission and parking.
